• Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
No Returns Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of our custom-made items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in crafting and shipping your items. However, if you receive:
• A defective item, or
• An incorrect item due to an error on our part,
Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photos of the defective or incorrect item and package opening video.
Once we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a delay, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
